UPS Ground - This is the standard shipping method we use for most items. UPS ground takes from 1-6 business days depending on what part of the country your merchandise is being shipped to. That is time in transit from when we physically ship out your item from our facility and assumes there are no natural disasters, catastrophes or error on the carrier's part. Please check processing times for any items you order from us.
Freight Service - Certain items cannot be shipped via UPS because of size, weight and handling considerations. These items will be shipped via freight delivery service. These items include, but are not limited to, any television or display 40 Inches in size and above and furniture. You will be informed if an item you ordered will be shipped via special freight by the delivery company and for this reason, must have a telephone number that you can be contacted on included with your order information. Shipping via special freight can take up to 7-10 business days depending on location once it leaves our facility and all deliveries are considered a 'threshold' delivery which will be placed inside your home or building. If you require an item be delivered to a specific location or floor in a home/building or require faster shipping on a freight service item, please call us directly to place your order and make those specific shipping arrangements. Freight delivery is available to HI, AK and PR, however requires an additional handling fee. If you require a freight delivery item to be shipped to HI, AK, or PR please call us directly to place such an order.
Currently we only ship within the United States. We do NOT ship internationally. We do not ship to prisons or correctional institutions.
Please contact us when shipping to an APO / FPO address or a PO box of any type.
We are not responsible for delays on the part of the carrier, or errors on the part of the carrier. Additionally, we are not responsible for delays or service interruptions and standards in your local delivery area. We cannot be held responsible for errors made directly by the shipping company. If a claim or package tracer needs to be filed because of negligence or error on the carrier's part, we will assist you in any way possible in obtaining that information. All shipments are shipped signature required and should not be left by the carrier at an alternate address. If a package is not properly delivered due to an error on our part, we will try to resolve the matter as quickly as possible in whatever manner necessary.
We can not use a customer's own carrier account number (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) for shipping an order under any circumstances.
